Q&A about Airtracks and gymnastics

What is air tracks
Basically it's a gym mat filled with air. Typically 10-30 cm in height and 3 to 10 meters in length (you can get them longer, but they are much more rare).
It acts both as a safety mat, so that you will land softly if you should fail a jump, but also as a jump booster so you can jump a little bit higher. This extra height makes it easier to do the harder jumps or to do series of jumps that are to complex to do without assistance. Airtrack replied 1666 days ago

Can you use the Airtrack for anything but gymnastics?
You sure can, a lot of people are having much fun using it as tumble tracks out in their gardens. Many use it for sports such as cheerleading, parkour and certain martial arts. Basically any kind of solo sport that involves jumping or some sort. The additional jumping power it provides enables you to trainer better but it also makes it more fun to watch for others.

How old should you be to enjoy using one of your Air tracks?
Most of our Air track users are around 8 to 15 years old, but there are also older and younger users. Especially those who do cheerleading or gymnastics on a high level often use an Airtrack for training and practice.
Many younger people use it as a tumble track or for fun. Spray some water on it and use it as a slide out in the garden, or put it in your pool for some additional fun. It's not something we recommend doing, but we have seen people use in this way too. Airtrack replied 1666 days ago

Can I buy one of your used Airtracks?
We normally don't sell used Airtracks, but we do sometime get some back where people have used it for a few days and decided that they want a larger or smaller model instead. So if you are interested in a used model, please contact us by mail and check if we got any available at the moment. Just keep in mind that most of the time the answer will be no.

What type of Airtrack do you guys sell?
We currently have 3 different models. The GymPlay Airtracks which are out highest quality models with double rail technology and extra long warrenty. These are great for gymnasts and professional users, or those who just want the best. We got the flying superkid version which is developed together with the famous flying superkids and is another quality model.
Then there is the FlipZ Airtracks which are our most affordable models. Still a great Airtrack and better than many other models on the marked, but with less features and without doublerail technology.
In addition to Air tracks we are now also selling Berg trampolines and stand up paddleboards. Airtrack replied 1666 days ago

Is using an Airtrack dangerous?
Using an Air-track is normally rather safe. It's filled with air, so it's soft to land on if you fail a jump. The main danger is that if you do series of jumps you can risk going beyond the sides of the track and land on the ground and hurt your self. So before doing series or multiple jumps you need to have some experience and practice with the Air tracks in order to do it right and avoid any danger. I have been working with Airtracks for more than 4 years now and haven't seen a single Airtrack related injury yet.
